13-year-old boy shot in Durham on Friday night

A 13-year-old boy was shot in Durham late Friday night.

Durham police were called to S. Hoover Road around 11 p.m., where they found the injured boy. He was rushed to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Police say they believe the shooting happened on Angier Avenue.

There is no word yet on any suspects in this shooting.
